Im trying to remember this toy I had when I was a kid. It was a kids laptop, more of a learning tool, that came out in the late 80s. It was blue with a grey handle and I believe it was made by Texas Instruments. Im sure this is a nut roll, but any guesses?
Nope. But now that you mention it, I remember the Vtech too!

I had one from the early 90s that was all blue (like a laptop), and I still haven’t been able to find it online. Those are the ones from the 80s that I know. Is it one of those two?

What you are referring to could
possibly be the “brother” of the
“Speak and Spell”
the “Speak and Math”
texas instruments
circa- 1980
Speak & Math had five distinct learning games:
Solve It, Word Problems, Greater Than/Less Than,
Write It, and Number Stumper,
all playable at three levels of difficulty.
There were actually three toys in this popular lineup…
The “Speak and Spell”
The “Speak and Math”
The “Speak and Read”
